Three Decades of Fabric Craftsmanship, Powered by Modern Technology.
JERSEYJO began on the factory floor, not in a boardroom. Our leadership has spent more than thirty years in the Tirupur and Palladam knitwear belt — reading fabric by hand, negotiating yarn lots, standing at the inspection table, and shipping export programmes to buyers who do not accept excuses. That time taught us the difference between a garment that looks right on a hanger and one that still feels right after forty washes.
Those decades were spent mastering three things in particular: knitwear construction, fabric sourcing, and the quality SOPs that keep a production line honest. We built shade-band discipline, 4-point fabric systems and AQL protocols long before they were marketing points — because that is what international buyers demanded, and because it is the only way to make comfort repeatable at scale.
JERSEYJO is what happened when we pointed that capability at our own label. We wanted a brand dedicated to women’s and children’s comfort wear, where the fabric choice comes first and the trend comes second — skin-friendly knits, safe dyes, and construction that survives real family laundry.
Wale Tech came last, and it came from frustration. Order tracking in this industry still runs on fragmented spreadsheets and optimistic phone calls, and buyers find out about a slipped milestone weeks after it slipped. So we engineered our own platform to make every stage of an order visible in real time — to our floor and to the brands we manufacture for, at the same moment.
