Compliance ready
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics, restricted-substance declarations and facilities prepared for social compliance audits.
New pieces from our ladies’ & kids’ collections are added to the lookbook each season.
We make ladies' and kids' sleepwear and loungewear at scale for retail brands and sourcing houses — the same categories we design and sell ourselves, which is why we know how they perform after forty washes rather than just on a hanger.
Timings below are typical for a first programme. Repeat orders on approved fabrics move faster, because development and lab dips are already behind you.

Weeks 1–2
Your tech pack, sketch or reference garment becomes a CAD pattern, a graded size set and a costed bill of materials. Fit samples iterate until you sign off.
Weeks 2–4
Yarn booked, fabric knitted to your GSM, lab dips submitted against Pantone references and approved under D65, TL84 and UV before bulk dyeing starts.
Weeks 4–8
Cutting, stitching and finishing run on dedicated modular lines, with hourly in-line audits and every milestone logged against your order in Mastermind.
Weeks 8–9
Final AQL 2.5 inspection, ratio packing, GS1 barcoding and carton marking prepared for your distribution centre, then export documentation and shipment.
We manufacture the same categories we sell: ladies’ and kids’ sleepwear, loungewear and soft knitwear. That means your buyer is talking to a team that already knows how the product performs at retail.
Sampling desk
Send a tech pack or a reference garment and we will revert with a costing sheet and sampling plan.
Request a quotationYour sketch, mood board or reference garment becomes a graded, production-ready pattern with a costed BOM — usually inside two weeks.
CAD pattern making, grading across full size sets, and fit sample iterations until sign-off.
We build or interpret tech packs — measurement charts, construction notes, trim cards and BOM costing.
Lab-dip submissions against TCX/TPX references with light-box approval under D65, TL84 and UV.
Enzyme and silicone soft-wash programmes tuned per fabric for a broken-in, retail-ready hand feel.
We deliberately do not make everything. Staying inside soft knitted comfort wear is what lets us hold fit, hand feel and quality consistently across seasons.
Nightshirts, sleep sets, camis and shorts in modal, combed cotton and cotton-viscose blends.
Lounge sets, wide-leg pants, drop-shoulder tees and loop-back fleece co-ords.
Full-sleeve and half-sleeve pyjama sets, sleep suits and multipacks in organic and standard jersey.
Day-to-night co-ords, joggers and sweatshirts built for laundry cycles rather than photoshoots.

Booked capacity windows with rolling weekly commitments, and alerts the moment a critical-path milestone slips.
Your labels, hang tags, poly bags and cartons — or our white-label programme when you need to launch quickly.
Dyeing within the region's Zero Liquid Discharge framework, with controlled wastage at cutting.
We will come back with a costing sheet, a sampling plan and an honest view of the lead time. No obligation, and no buying house in between.
