New pieces from our ladies’ & kids’ collections are added to the lookbook each season.

Consultancy

Three decades of shop-floor knowledge, available as advice.

We have sourced, manufactured and exported long enough to know where apparel programmes quietly lose money — in the fabric decision, in the line layout, in the quality system nobody documented. Our advisory practice puts that experience inside your operation.

How an engagement works

Four stages, and an honest answer at the first one.

We would rather tell you in the first call that your problem is outside our competence than bill you to find that out.

  1. 01

    First conversation

    Understanding the problem

A call to establish what is actually going wrong — rejections, margins, lead times, a failed audit — and whether we are the right people to help. Often we can say so in half an hour.

  2. 02

    Assessment

    Looking at the real operation

On-site where it matters, remote where it does not. We look at the floor, the paperwork and the numbers rather than at the version presented in a meeting.

  3. 03

    Recommendations

A plan you can act on

Written findings with prioritised actions, costed where relevant, and a clear split between what needs capital and what needs discipline.

  4. 04

    Implementation

    Staying until it holds

Optional, and frequently the part that matters. A recommendation nobody implements is just an expensive document.

Who we work with

Four kinds of client, one common question.

Whichever side of the table you are on, the question is usually the same: where is this programme leaking time, quality or margin?

New & emerging brands

You have a product idea and no supply chain. We help you get from a first sample to repeatable production without over-committing capital to the wrong vendor.

Retail chains

You have vendors but inconsistent quality and slipping dates. We consolidate, set standards your buyers can sign off on, and de-risk the drop calendar.

Garment factories

You have the machines and the orders but the efficiency is not there. We work on line balancing, WIP control, rejection rates and audit readiness.

Investors & buyers

You need an honest technical read on a facility before committing. We assess capacity, compliance and capability without a stake in the outcome.

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what is going wrong and we will tell you whether we can help, roughly what it would take, and what you could reasonably fix yourself.
